I was introduced to her by mom and Dawn who attend and work at Bayside. I was looking for a day-of wedding coordinator and they knew that Vickie would be perfect.

From our initial meeting, I sensed such a calm and loving spirit. She was so kind and reassuring when I was under so much pressure. After getting to know her, I know that it’s not an act. She really is just that person. She helped me organize all of our thoughts, plans, and supplies and gave us some great ideas that we ended up going with! Whether it be at 5 am or 12 midnight, Vickie would always respond to my texts and calls promptly and made me feel like (though I know how busy she actually is) my event was her #1 priority. She went above and beyond to help us set up/take down/serve, etc. I hate to bring up money, but she truly deserves such much more than what we paid because of all the love she poured in everything and everyone. She even made this beautiful wedding video that our family cannot stop sharing!

My husband and I could not have had the perfect wedding we did without her. She is so organized and has such a talent for events and while also being the perfect amount of stern to gather everyone to make sure it all goes off without a hitch.
