Decorating Package:

Imagine waking up on one of the most important days of your life and feeling completely at peace and stress-free! You show up at your venue, everything is in the right place, and your vision has become a reality! From the initial venue walkthrough, to creating custom centerpieces, fabric rentals, and stylish place settings, we take care of every detail to make your event as unique and memorable as you are. Sit back, relax, and let us handle the décor set up and breakdown, while you enjoy the celebration and create unforgettable memories!

    • Venue Site Visit & Walkthrough: We'll visit your venue location with you to discuss and capture your vision and ensure everything is in its right place for your perfect day.

    • Fabric Rentals: You’ll have a selection of tablecloths, table skirts, runners, chair covers, sashes and napkins to suit your theme and color palette.

    • Place Setting Setup: Each guest’s place setting will be beautifully arranged with charger plates and cutlery.

    • Centerpieces: We’ll tailor your centerpieces to fit your aesthetics, ensuring a personalized touch that compliments you and your style.

    • One Focal Backdrop: A beautiful focal backdrop that you can also use as a picture backdrop with guests.

    • Post-Event Breakdown: After your event, no matter how late it ends, our team will return the venue and remove all decorations and rentals, leaving you with saved tables and chairs so that your family doesn’t have that added responsibility.

  • $950 for up to 50 guests

    • Travel Fees: Team travel fees start at $50/hr for locations outside of Hardee County depending on how many team members are needed to accomplish the setup and tear down.

    • Consultation: A $30 consultation is required to book this package. During this time, we’ll discuss customizations to suit your style and color palette.

    • We have experience with up to 400 guests so we can adjust your personal package according to how many guests you’re expecting. 

    • Payment Timeline: A $500 down payment secures your event date with us. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, as long as it’s paid in full 4 weeks before your event. 

    • Forms of Payment: Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Cash, or Check

Rehearsal & Wedding-Day-Of Coordination:

    • Initial Meeting with the Couple: We begin by understanding your vision for the big day- discussing the details as you share your inspiration pics and ideas we can help you with.

    • Customized Schedule of Events: We’ll create a personalized timeline so that everyone is on the same page with what is happening, when it's happening. 

    • Vendor Coordination and Logistics: We’ll communicate with all of your vendors the week of your wedding to make sure everyone knows the game plan.

    • Rehearsal Direction: We’ll guide your bridal party through a 1 hr. rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows their roles, where to stand, what pace to walk, etc. 

    • Venue Walkthrough: Together, we’ll meet with your venue manager/owner for a final walkthrough to review the setup and event timeline.

    • Up to 12 Hours of Day-of Coordination: One Lead Coordinator and one Assistant Coordinator will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

    • Last-Minute Details: We’ll handle those small, but important details—lighting candles, setting up the guestbook, and more.

    • Bridal Party Care: We’ll check in on you and your bridal party, ensuring you stay hydrated, eat, and feel your best.

    • Cut and serve your cake: Professional cake cutting, ensuring everything is handled smoothly and beautifully.

    • Post-Celebration Help: We’ll help with consolidating gifts, packing your wedding cake for later enjoyment, and making sure no personal belongings are left behind.

    • For couples in Hardee County, we also drop off your marriage certificate for you since there is a short timeframe that you have to take care of this.

  • $800

Quince/Sweet 16 Day-of Coordination:

Our Sweet 16/Quinceañera Day-Of Coordination service ensures every moment of your special day is stress-free. We’ll work closely with you to create a personalized timeline, coordinate with vendors, and oversee every detail for you. With up to 10 hours of on-site support, we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. Let us handle the logistics so you can get ready and focus on celebrating this unforgettable milestone with family and friends.

Simple Backdrop Package:

    • Theme & Color Customization: Choose your preferred theme and color palette.

    • One Focal Backdrop: A nice backdrop designed to be a focal point that’s perfect for pictures with guests. 

    • This includes supplies, set up, and after your event, we return to take it down. 

    • To maintain the best quality possible, we provide all of the supplies needed and do not use materials provided by clients. 

  • Starting at $350.00

    • Travel Fees: $50/hr for locations outside of Hardee County.

    • Payment Timeline: A $100 down payment will secure your event date with us. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, as long as it’s paid in full 3 weeks before your event. If booked with less than a 3 week notice, the amount must be paid in full.

    • No Consultation Needed. Please send me your date, address for the setup, inspiration picture, and I’ll confirm your final quote with you via email.

Marriage Proposal Package:

From personalized playlists, to a professional photographer capturing every moment, we handle the setup and delivery so you can focus on popping the big question. We’ll take the stress off of you and create the perfect setting for your big moment that you and your partner will cherish forever.

    • "MARRY ME" Jumbo Light-Up Letters: Stunning light-up letters to spell out your proposal message in style or a heart arch decorated full of roses as the perfect backdrop when you pop the big question!

    • Rose Petal Aisle: A romantic rose petal aisle to lead to your proposal spot.

    • Candles: Soft, ambient candles to enhance the atmosphere.

    • Delivery & Setup: We'll take care of the delivery, setup, and removal for a seamless experience.

    • Requested Songs/Playlist: You can choose your favorite songs or playlist to accompany the moment with your fiance and family.

    • Photographer: A professional photographer will be present to capture every special moment.

    • Edited Images: You’ll receive edited images with a quick turnaround time for your memories and announcements.

    • Travel Fees: $50/hr for locations outside of Hardee County
