Decorating Package:

Imagine waking up on one of the most important days of your life and feeling completely at peace and stress-free! You show up at your venue, everything is in the right place, and your vision has become a reality! From the initial venue walkthrough, fabric rentals, and stylish place settings, we take care of every detail to make your event as unique and memorable as you are. Sit back, relax, and let us handle the décor set up and breakdown, while you enjoy the celebration and create unforgettable memories!

    • Venue Site Visit & Walkthrough: We'll visit your venue location with you to discuss and capture your vision, the layout, and ensure everything is in its right place for your perfect day.

    • Fabric Rentals: You’ll have a selection of tablecloths, table skirts, runners, chair covers, and sashes to suit your theme and color palette.

    • One Focal Backdrop: A beautiful focal backdrop that you can also use as a picture backdrop with guests.

    • Cake/dessert table

    • Gift Table

    • Post-Event Breakdown: Our team will return the venue and remove all our decorations and rentals.

    • Upgrades/Add-ons (optional):

    • Set up and tear down all your tables and chairs for you

    • Charger plates, dinner and dessert plates, heavy duty disposable cutlery, cloth napkins and rings, where each guest has their place setting.

  • $1,900 for 100 guests

    • Travel Fees: Team travel fees start at $50/hr for locations outside of Hardee County depending on how many team members are needed to accomplish the setup and tear down.

    • Consultation: A $30 consultation is required to book this package. During this time, we’ll discuss customizations to suit your style and color palette.

    • We have experience with up to 450 guests so we can adjust your personal package according to how many guests you’re expecting. 

    • Payment Timeline: A $500 down payment secures your event date with us. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, as long as it’s paid in full 4 weeks before your event.

Rehearsal & Wedding-Day-Of Management:

Our Wedding Rehearsal & Day-of Management service ensures your wedding day is organized and stress-free from start to finish. We’ll work closely with you to create a personalized wedding-day timeline, coordinate with your vendors, and oversee the details leading up to and throughout your celebration.

We’ll also direct your wedding rehearsal, making sure everyone in the wedding party knows where to be, when to walk, and what to expect so you can feel confident heading into your big day.

With up to 12 hours of on-site support, we’ll manage the logistics, unfold your timeline with a natural flow and handle the unexpected behind the scenes. Our goal is to take the pressure off you and your family so you can relax, be present, and fully enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

    • Initial Meeting with the Couple: We begin by understanding your vision for the big day- discussing the details as you share your inspiration pics and ideas we can help you with.

    • Venue walkthrough with you and the venue manager.

    • Customized Schedule of Events: We’ll create a personalized timeline so that everyone is on the same page with what is happening, when it's happening. 

    • Logistics and Vendor Communication: We’ll communicate with all of your vendors the week of your wedding to make sure everyone knows the game plan.

    • Rehearsal Direction: We’ll guide your bridal party through a 1 hr. rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows their roles, where to stand, what pace to walk, etc. 

    • Up to 12 Hours of Day-of Coordination: One Lead Coordinator and one Assistant Coordinator will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

      (If additional time is needed, it is $75/hr)

    • Last-Minute Details: We’ll handle those small, but important details-lighting candles, setting up the guestbook, etc.

    • Bridal Party Care: We’ll check in on you and your bridal party, ensuring you stay hydrated, eat, and feel your best.

    • Post-Celebration Help: We’ll help with consolidating gifts, and making sure no personal belongings are left behind.

  • Starting at $1,200

    Travel Fees: Team travel fees are $50/hr for locations outside of Hardee County.

Food Servers Package:

Take the stress out of serving your guests with our professional, experienced team, who will assist with serving food buffet-style, providing beverages to your guests, and consolidating the food service area afterward so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Our service includes:

  • Food and beverage servers

  • Buffet-line food service

  • Post-service consolidation and food area cleanup

  • Food warmers and serving utensils

  • Hairnets and gloves for safe, professional food handling

Please note: We do not serve alcohol. However, we are happy to refer you to a licensed bartender if alcohol service is needed.

*This service is an upgrade and add-on available exclusively with our Day-of Event Management service. The Food Servers Package cannot be booked as a standalone service.
